Tasks of Montage Staff:

1. Receive films from design, arrange and prepare them according to the number of sheets for imaging onto metal plates (plates).
2. Perform washing and developing of the plates to reveal the material to be printed, making them ready for printing.
3. Receive designed files and prepare them on the CTP plate setter device.

Tasks of Printing Staff:

1. Receive printing plates from the montage department, check their accuracy and condition, and ensure they are ready for printing.
2. Determine the quantity and type of paper, offset inks, and raw materials needed to begin the printing process.
3. Distribute tasks to the machines in the department according to the operation permit.
